Five processes, one ledger, one lot number.

Vertically integrated textile operations run processes with genuinely different units, yields, and cost drivers across distinct systems, leaving the cost of a finished meter an estimate nobody fully trusts.

The specific problem

Every stage changes the unit of measure, and most systems lose the thread.

Bales become kilograms of yarn, yarn becomes metres of greige, greige becomes finished metres with a shrinkage percentage, and finished fabric becomes garments with a cutting yield. Each conversion is a place where traceability and cost accuracy can be lost.

We model conversion explicitly, with lot genealogy carried end to end. Given a finished roll you can walk back to the exact bale it came from; given a bale you can find every roll it ended up in. This turns a quality investigation into a two-minute database query instead of a two-day search.

Built for the sector

What textile clients need that generic ERP does not model.

01

Lot genealogy end to end

Full parent-child trace across spinning, weaving, dyeing and processing, including blends where one output has several parents.

02

Shade and lot matching

Dye lots tracked and matched at allocation, so an order does not ship with two shades that will be rejected on arrival.

03

Yield and shrinkage by stage

Real conversion rates measured per machine and per quality, feeding both costing and planning rather than being assumed.

04

Export documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and letter-of-credit documentation generated from the shipment rather than retyped.
